Workshop Registration

The 7th Workshop on Experimental Algorithms will be held May 30 - June 2, 2008, in Provincetown, Massachusetts, USA. The registration fees are as follows:

Regular Fee $360 US $460 US
Social Event Ticket for students and non-registered companions $80 US $80 US

Note to authors: At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the workshop, attend the workshop, and present the paper. Please be sure that one author has registered by March 22, 2008. Failure to register by this time may result in the paper being omitted from the proceedings (although the program chair will make every effort to contact the authors in this case).

The regular registration fee covers a welcome reception, breakfast and lunch every day, coffee breaks, one copy of the proceedings, and a social event (excursion and dinner). The student registration fee covers everything except the social event.

The Social Event Ticket is available for students and non-registered companions of workshop participants. That event will consist of a visit to Marconi Station (site of the first transatlantic wireless communication), a hike or tour in Cape Cod National Park, and a dinner featuring lobster and other local dishes.

There are two steps to register for the workshop.

  1. Fill out the registration form (pdf format) or (doc format) and send with proof of payment (or enclosed check) by mail, fax, or email to:

  2. Send your registration payment using one of these methods:

    • Write a check for the registration amount, drawn on U.S. funds and made out to Workshop on Experimental Algorithmics.

    • Use PayPal to make an electronic payment. You can provide a a credit card number or use an existing PayPal account for this transaction. (PayPal will ask you to enter a payment amount in U.S dollars; for payments in foreign currencies, PayPal will display the exchange rate it uses for the transaction. )

    • Make a bank wire transfer for the registration amount in US Currency. Note that the sending bank will probably charge additional fees for this transaction, which your payment must cover. The international wire transfer information is below; for domestic transfers use the Routing Number 026009593.
